Let me start by saying--I couldn't have had a better experience, especially when it comes to something as important and vulnerable as cardiology.
From the moment I walked in, the energy of the office was welcoming and kind. Jude at the front desk was incredible--helpful, friendly, and clearly someone who loves his job. He set such a positive tone for the entire visit.
Jeanette, the medical assistant, was just as wonderful. She took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel safe and cared for.
And then... there's Dr. Richard Patten. Hands down, the best doctor I've ever seen. As a cardiologist, he didn't just treat me like a case or a chart--he treated me like a human being. He truly listened, validated my concerns, explained everything in detail, and made sure I understood my condition and our next steps. He was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough.
I left that appointment feeling heard, seen, and hopeful. That's not something you get every day in healthcare.

Other than a rather long and confusing walk to the office in the hospital, the reception and quality of care is excellent.
