Massachusetts General Hospital Cardiology

I had surgery done in 1997 very happy with Dr hilgenberg who is now dead and Dr Libertson so I talked to somebody they pulled up my records 3 days ago and said the nurse would get back to me. I've had the valve 28 years and it needs to be replaced they could care less they don't even call back I think that's pathetic I think that's very unprofessional I've been on the phone 40 minutes with three different people the prompts are horrible the hideous nothing even makes sense it's going with 45 names for a hospital it's changing hospitals it's asinine the way their phone system works good luck to anyone having surgery their Cleveland clinic has got it way way better than them quality sucks

The wait time for a scheduled appointments is ridiculous!

Awful environment. Today when I was there a doctor was blatantly arguing with the entire front desk staff about a patient's arrival time. Unprofessional. Dirty, unkempt. The buzzers they make you hold are filthy and buzz loudly/constantly. Update: was told on 4/10 by Dr. Dongxin Qin that I wouldn't be charged for my appointment once it was determined someone referred me to him in error. Guess what? I was charged. Also- they shut their phones off at 4,, but close at 5- don't ever bother callin mg after 4.

The office staff are rude and disorganized and unable to find my information (which is in your system), your construction makes it impossible to drive in the area, seriously this is so loud and stressful it is making my heart problems worse. Turn the TVs off, get rid of "training staff" or actually train them.

Will not give appointment without diagnoses even if cardiac issues run in family and want to get a baseline as told to do so by another MD. Will look elsewhere and will keep this in mind if I have any issues that they refused to make an appointment.
