About Dr. Jason Matos, MD
Jason Matos, MD is a non-invasive cardiologist, maintaining an outpatient practice and seeing patients in the Cardiac Direct Access Unit (CDAC) at BIDMC. Matos specializes in cardiac imaging, including echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and cardiovascular magnetic resonance. Matos additionally oversees subspecialty cardiology education for the medicine residency program. His research interests include curricular development, tailored anticoagulation for atrial fibrillation and use of advanced imaging metrics to predict cardiac disease states.
