Great doctor and really nice office. Super friendly and highly educated nurse and doctor.

Doctor Kaufman is one of the nicest doctors I ever met, answered all my questions without hesitating...and I have faith in him..his secretary is very helpful person as well..both made me comfortable with no stress and comfortable...ty doctor Kaufman and secretary...

I have been seeing Dr. Kaughman for at least 6 years. He is very competent and highly skilled. Excellent bedside manner. Kind, caring and compassionate MD. There is a problem with the office though. Dr. Kaughman's wife, Gail, is the nurse, receptionist, etc. She tries but cannot keep up with the phone calls, faxes, walk ins, patients, etc,. Sometimes it is hard to get through to the office as the phone can ring forever. Apparently they do not feel that some help would make sense, at least someone at the desk to greet patients and answer the phone. The office is slow handling requests for records, telephone messages, prescription refills, etc,. All of these problems could be solved by hiring some part time or full time help. Just some constructive criticism. Overall Dr. Kaughman and his wife have been very kind to both myself and my mother and I am very happy with them as my primary care provider.

You have to wait in the waiting room anyway from a 1/2 hour to an hour Then when you need a refill on your prescription they can't contact the provider. Then you call them No one there.

Excellent service always there when I need to be seen. One has to wait but the doctor is always willing to see you. The secretary is always cordial.
