Can't agree more with the lady who posted below me. This office is horrific. I had a cat scan for lungs from my forner dr here. The reason I left was because they would never call back with test results! Seriously. Who does this. I just had a cat scan for my lungs here and Lori the nurse at dr Canarattas office said I didn't and she didn't order one!! Lol. I was just at Lawrenne General two days ago. The ordering dr was Dr Camaratta yet Lori said she didn't order it? Funny because I called lawrence general and her name is there. Ordering physician. Yet I can't get my results of a very important test. Lori told me to ask my new pc. We'll I dont have one yet. Still waiting for results

Pentucket Medical is a sorry excuse for a medical group and MGH should be embarrassed to be associated with them. Their "Mission" of providing compassionate, accessible, high-quality, cost-effective patient care that prioritizes the patient-provider relationship, couldn't be farthest from the truth. All this corporation cares about is money. They don't allow, yes I said allow, doctors to return patient calls, they have countless uninformed nurses responding to Gateway messages and pushing for unnecessary office visits, and their rude administrative staff incorrectly documents messages, symptoms, and has access to patient Gateway communications and patient medical history, which patients do not provide consent to. If you're looking for a medical group that will misdiagnose you, ignore your well-being, and have policies that limit their physician's ability to make independent clinical decisions, than this is the perfect place for you.

Amazing practice with the best care! All providers we were exposed to were knowledgeable, patient and kind.

We are beyond thrilled with the care the pediatric staff has given to our kids. We've seen the majority of the nurse practitioners and we've found them to be very kind and thorough. Dr Becky has been such a gift for our family. Her demeanor is open and friendly yet extremely professional and knowledgeable. She puts our concerns and worries at ease without talking down to us or being dismissive. If there is something to be concerned about she does not hesitate to run tests and give referrals. I will always recommend Pentucket Medical Pediatrics.

The actual doctors here are fantastic and the lab is swift. The location is convenient and right off the highway. However, the staff seems to struggle with prescriptions; they do not submit prior authorizations in a timely fashion and sometimes do it outright incorrectly. I can understand if insurance is being stingy, but I have had to pay full price on prescriptions because someone here was sloppy. Some of the people on the phone are genuinely helpful, understanding, and do whatever they can to assist you. Others just read off the screen. I had one even tell me I should call my insurance company to figure out why my prior authorization wasn't completed... uh, that's not my job. Maybe I misunderstood her, but I should not have to call my insurance company every time I need a refill to find this stuff out. Getting refills on certain medications has become a chore that often lasts an entire week and no one will help you over the weekend. If they do the prior authorization wrong, or don't follow up on one, and it's towards the end of the week, you're screwed. I should not have to wait DAYS to get my medication. This not only impacts my quality of life, but also my health.
