Dr Spense takes her time communicating her concerns and listens to my concerns. Then she goes over everything with me and makes sure I understand. And she always makes sure I'm update on all my vaccines or any tests I need. She will even call me personally and update me on my test results. She takes her job as a doctor very seriously. I appreciate everything she does for me.

Dr. Spence makes me feel comfortable and she really listens. She responds quickly to my messages and I am confident in her knowledge of how to take care of my health. I trust her medical advice and look forward to having her as my physician heretofore.

Avoid this doctor. She's gives you 5 minutes if your lucky. She doesn't care what you have to say nor does she help you. she just sends you to another doctor. She is useless. You have to call for results to Tests. I had an MRI done with concerning results and instead of calling me she left a very brief message in the portal that I don't use. Their was no explanation for my result what the cause is or how to treat it, nothing. Currently switch to new Primary doctor.

I had nothing but a bad time with this dr. This dr should not be a doctor. This dr has forgotten that she took an oath to take care of her patients. This dr had nothing but suspicion For me as a patient from the word get-go. This dr was very indifferent,very discourteous and extremely distant with all my visits and my experience with her was the following. She made me feel like I was invisible, She basically did not know what to do with me and treated me with disrespect and disregard A totally terrible experience.

Dr. Spence is always caring, knowledgeable, attentive, and pleasant. Recently, Dr. Spence spent about 30-40 minutes taking care of me and addressing my concerns. I'm happy that I received such meticulous care.
