Best healthcare that I have received in my 69 years. Intelligent staff who also have warmth and listening skills. Admin staff bend over backwards to schedule and route me to whomever I need to talk to. Rapid response to refill requests. Referral staff coordinate specialized care with skill and determination. Very happy with this health care group.

I would rate 0 if I could. I used to love this office, everyone was so nice and my PCP is the best DR I've ever had. Until the last year or so it's impossible to even get through on the phone. They are now outsourcing their calls through a call center, so the person answering doesn't speak clearly, they ask a ton of personal questions for verification. I had a annual physical scheduled since last January and for some reason my dr is no longer available for the appointment. Instead of calling me to adjust, they changed my dr without my permission to someone I don't know and of the opposite gender than I am comfortable seeing. I am so disappointed and offended that I was not even contacted about my own care and decisions were made for me without my permission. Bye bye lahey. Finding a new drs office. Absolutely disturbing and poor patient treatment.

My PCP canceled his annual appointment with me and now I cant refill my prescriptions that I have had for 10+ years since before I even saw him??? This place is a JOKE. Do better.

Reception staff have been courteous, have appropriately directed calls to nursing staff when I've requested that they do so, and. I've gotten good care as an outpatient from NPs and Dr. Tlucko. Although on weekends I've been routed to urgent care centers for sick calls, during the week I've always been able to get a timely appointment with professional medical staff and I received appropriate care.

The staff is always very nice to me and they did a great job diagnosing a serious issue, I have really bad spine issues and went in as my back was really bugging me and they took an xray to error on the side of caution, turns out I had a collapsed lung!! 4 days in the hospital with a tube in my chest. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they seem to not be able to keep doctors around for very long and I had doctor Helen Carter whom I really liked and she left the practice. I am on my fourth doctor now there but I bet it's a corporate thing and not anyone personally's fault. I would recommend.
