Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! The doctors great however the waiting time to be seen is over an hour? That you have some stuff that get loud with you because you asking questions? This is not customer service. People here with heart complications and don't need to get treated nasty or rude. The owner or the head doctor need to be reevaluated his front office team to ensure customer service is in place, appointments scheduling should make since and don't have folks waiting over a hour and a half. This need to be reported. Folks take off their jobs to be seen. Ridiculous!!!!!

Dr. S is amazing, great bedside manner. All of the staff were compassionate and respectful during my visit and during all of my tests.

The offcalled Me to give me an earlier appointment time. Instead of the following day they gave me an appointment for the same say at 12noon. It took them from my check in time until 3oclock before I got out of there. The front desk employee by the door you exit from the examination room was RUDE, SHORT & VERY ARGUMENTIAL. EVEN THE DR. WAS RUDE. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

Absolutely the worst doctors office I have ever been to in my entire life needed a cardiologist release to have surgery the following week after I saw them I thought with these people for seven days for them to give me the test the doctor said that I needed. After arguing calling, seven days in a row, not only them but my insurance company I found out and desperation after calling my primary care to see what I could do and I didn't need the test done at all. I had been released for surgery all alone whole week of a freaking nightmare. Teresa, the young lady that handled this situation I don't know who she is or what her job title Is but I can tell you this if you need her to handle anything for you at that office don't even bother do it yourself? That's what's going to happen anyway I was on the phone back-and-forth with my insurance company as well as them exactly 7 days in a row like I said just to find out I didn't need that test for my operation anyway if you referred there, DO NOT GO!

If you enjoy waiting an hour and 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, this is the place for you. I also very much appreciate not getting my test results sent to me or my referring Doctor. I appreciated the inconvenience of having to call the office to remind them to send the results to my referring Dr., while also giving them my Dr.'s name and fax #. It is reassuring that my referral and other information provided to them at check in was handled with care and organization and that my records are well-managed.
