What cardiologist's office NEVER has humans answering the phone, has that your message won't be heard for at least 48 hours and if you left a message within a 5 day range, don't leave another? how about calling your patients back, following up on their return visits, answering the phone when a paying patient calls!! I haven't gotten a human on the phone since August 2022. Till waiting on him or his office to call the pharmacy and approve the prescription he wrote. i truly think it's time for him to get new office staff because the ones that he has now, don't care about his patients. He is an amazing cardiologist but his staff is that bad.
