Review Date: 6/11/2024 I had an amazing service yesterday. The staff were so swift and active. Ms. Crystal at the front when I checked and scheduled follow up appointments, she was so kind. So patient. She had a smile that made me feel safe about having my heart checked. When I asked questions nervously, she didn't get frustrated. She was patient and kind. We need more Crystals. So often we rush to do bad reviews, but she was so kind and warm I felt it should be known. I'm happy I was given a referral here. Side bar: The original place was supposed to be the Greenbelt location, but they were tied until 7/27/2024 and due to the nature of my visit, needed a sooner visit which ONE cancellation popped up for my last off day! How miraculous!

Every time I come here I'm smiling and having a good ol' grand time as if I'm not here getting my heart checked. Lol. I had my appointment last Wednesday, 3/17/25 and DeShawn took my vitals and works for Dr. Antoine. (Prayerfully I spelled their names correctly) and I LOVED them both. They are so swift. So kind. So knowledgeable and pleasant. I think having pleasant experiences for health appointments are very important to put your mind at ease. Deshawn was so amazing! I said "girl. You've been doing this a long time huh?" & It hasn't even been a year. I was back there such a short period. I'm grateful for a pleasant experience. Great team Dr. Antoine.

The staff is very professional but the office manager Angela Squires needs training in customer service!! Definitely do not know how to solve a problem!! Plus she needs an attitude adjustment!! I can only imagine what the Young ladies have to deal with????No good example!!!!!The worst Office Manager ever!!!!! Dr. Forrester she needs to be replaced. Maybe some Chick-fil-A training
