10 star for Dr. Jeremy Pollock but negative20 star for his staff. I've contacted his secretary 3X for appt as follow up for St. Joe's discharge instructions and have yet to receive a return phone call nor appointment.Doesn't Dr. Pollock deserve BETTER support from his staff ???????????
