I received an echocardiogram as a part of a preop request. I was recently diagnosed with a disorder and haven't had a real chance to process anything. When I arrived I was a little turned around finding where to go for my echocardiogram. Security helped me and I arrived to my destination. The technologist who conducted my test was Jasmine Freeman. When she first came to greet me she was very pleasant and almost a feeling of familiarity. My entire appointment was a therapy session LOL I kid you not! Her character and compassion for myself, and I'm sure all her patients (I saw the patient interaction prior to myself) is something that is genuine and heartfelt. Jasmine explained the test thoroughly and assured me that although I was nervous because this involves my heart, I was in the best place possible for care and when she said that I absolutely knew I was in the best place in that very moment and that I'd be OK with treatment to come. I left feeling like I've known her for years. Blessings to Jasmine and all of Kaiser. Thank you

I absolutely love Kaiser! This isn't an exaggeration. Yesterday I saw Lauren to get new glasses. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant helpful and friendly. Today I went in and got my new hearing aids. I saw Kim in Audiology. The same, she was knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and friendly. We had a problem with wax buildup in one ear. Stephanie, who I see for this issue, didn't have an appointment until January, but did happen to have a cancellation. So she got me in right away. I have always had very good care and treatment at Kaiser and highly recommend them to others. And thank you Lauren, Kim and Stephanie for making all of this easy

My visit to Radiology today was exceptional--easy, and my physical disability was so easily accommodated! I especially appreciated being able to complete my mammogram from the wheelchair. Jean was lovely, and this was the best experience I've had with mammograms! Equally wonderful was the Dexa scan technologist, who at Jean's request took me over an hour early. V and her colleague Jezabel did a fabulous job of assisting me. Kudos and many thanks to these three wonderful Kaiser pros!

I've had an increasingly frustrating experience with this Kaiser Permanente location. The biggest issue is the lack of communication and coordination between departments. Every time I need care or follow-up, I'm passed from one person to another, and no one seems to have a complete understanding of my medical history or previous visits. Appointments are also difficult to schedule, often taking months even for essential or follow-up care. When I finally do get an appointment, it frequently feels rushed, and my concerns are not fully addressed. To make matters worse, customer service and billing are confusing and inconsistent. It's nearly impossible to get clear answers, and I've been charged for services I neither authorized nor understood multiple times. For an organization that promotes "integrated care," my experience has been quite the opposite -- fragmented, frustrating, and impersonal. I expected much better from a healthcare provider of this size and reputation. After years of dealing with poor service, I decided to leave their plan. Unfortunately, they continue to bombard me with promotional emails and ads encouraging me to join, which has been overwhelming and irritating. If you value accessibility, communication, and responsive care, I strongly recommend exploring other healthcare providers before choosing Kaiser Permanente.
