Daisy Lazarous, MD, FACC

Just had my 6 month check up with Dr. Lazarous. She always asks about the family and truly cares about your all around health including fun activities. She's very knowledgeable, patient and takes her time. You never feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Lazarous.

Dr. Lazarous has had a positive impact on my health by giving me clear information and encouragement. She watches out for things that I have overlooked or failed to follow up with other specialists. She's always pleasant to talk to and stern with me when I need a little push.

Dr Daisy Lazarous is AMAZING!!! She was highly recommended to us. We are so thankful to have her now as our family cardiologist. She is caring, compassionate, very attentive to my parents needs, very attentive to the families needs and concerns, and very thorough with all the information we share and gave to her. She took her time with us and we did not feel rushed. She deeply cares about her patients like they are her own family. What a small world she cared for me too. So it was such a honor to see her again and now have my parents and family in her care. She is thorough with recommendations and all the information that was given to her about my parents (old and new) she is thorough with everything. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Before we left, we had the biggest smiles on our faces and felt very loved and cared for during our visit. Thank you so much for all you did for us Dr Lazarous. We are so thankful with grateful hearts The front office is amazing!!! Sheria, Esther and the front office team are so sweet and caring. They loved my parents well. Natasha and Nixia are amazing!! They have always given my parents top notch service, love and care. I would highly recommend Dr Lazarous and her team.

The doctor is fine, and friendly for the most part, but I would not recommend this office because of the office staff. They are the front line. The personnel who answer the phone are rude and curt. I've tried several times to call the Rockville office to get instructions for an upcoming procedure and no one has answered in the past two hours that I have been trying. In a previous call, I was told that the procedure instructions would be mailed to me because they do not email that information. Have not received it, so I called today in hopes to get verbal instructions for a procedure that is scheduled TOMORROW . Called 8 times to the Rockville office within a two hour period (nevermind the several unanswered attempts I have made in the past two days). No answer. Finally, called the Silver Spring office, spoke to someone (who was also curt) asking for those instructions because I never received it in the mail and I was told that it could not be emailed. She said, "I don't email that kind of information, but some of us do." What kind of policy is that? Where some personnel can and some do not. I asked if the Rockville office was closed because they are not answering the phone (she said they should be there), asked if there was a different number I could try, she gave me an alternate number, and I called--STILL NO ANSWER. I understand that most businesses are short staffed lately and I'm sure several doctors are getting an influx of patients as people try to make up appointments missed due to the pandemic, but AT LEAST ANSWER YOUR PHONE or give the ability to leave a message for a return call. It's frustrating and gives the impression of apathy.
