My experience at Briggs Chaney Walk-In Clinic was extremely disappointing. Their billing department sent my bill to the wrong address, and I never received it -- I only found out after it was sent to collections. When I tried to explain the issue, the front desk staff was rude and dismissive. The woman at the front desk even told me, "We don't care whether the address is right or wrong." When I asked for her name, she refused to give it and said, "I don't want to." That kind of attitude is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. The staff is disorganized, management is poor, and they clearly do not value their patients. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
