This was my first visit with Dr. Keim. During the introduction he made small talk to lighten the conversation. As he explained the upcoming procedure of placing a pacemaker in/on my heart he gave explanation to area's that I would not have even thought to ask. I feel comfortable with going forward with the procedure. Staff was excellent with follow up information and directions.
