If I could give less than one star for this I would. I realize the importance of reviews and realize that one experience should not dictate a review, however, my experience with this Doctor and their team of professionals in their office has been astounding. The office does not accept phone calls, rarely returns calls, and fails to overall be accountable for basic administrative duties related to important medical information for their patients. Additionally, the doctor himself while he appears to be kind at first interaction, does not answer basic questions. I have never asked a question directly to a doctor and have them totally ignore it more than once, and when asked for third time become defensive and still not answer the question but instead cut me off mid sentence when asking it again. He fails to make any eye contact at all, and more importantly seemed totally unaware of my mothers medical chart until the moment we were in his office. We left her appointment with more confusion and angst due to the items he "mentioned" but failed to explain. Please be aware of the interaction with the office staff and the doctor and note that the 5 star reviews on the hospital website are false. The review system for the hospital is a paid for business partner site as I attempted to leave a review and was unable to do so.

The staff was rude and has been the last few years. Their tones and demeanor are not professional. Even his (Dr) delivery has gotten rude. I have to find a different cardiologist. His responses are nonchalant and blunt... lacking empathy. I'm irritated every time I go to the office. No wonder he went to tidal instead of his normal office.

New office staff is horrible. Now that he has his wife running the show, they are very rude, talk over you. It all comes down to insurance payments instead of patients care. I did my mother's INR on the 28th it didn't get put into her chart until several days later, now they won't accept the new inr until the 4th. SMH Dr Argawal is a great Doctor, but his staff needs to go!! If I could give review a negative number I WOULD!!

The doctors are fantastic I wish I could say the same about the office staff! Terrible experience and it seems to continue. Don't like driving to appointments for nothing. A waste of my time and $5.00 per gallon gas so far twice

TV shows are a bit tacky and at times innapopriate to have on. Talk shows about hookers and drugs not the best.
