I was referred to Dr. Urquhart recently and feel very grateful to now be under her teams care. I didn't know what to expect and hadn't dealt with cardiac needs before, but Dr. Urquhart and her team made me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything going on. I feel very seen and cared for by the staff not to mention there's no doubt that Dr. Urquhart cares about her patients and the treatment she is prescribing.
I have been a patient of Dr Urquhart for about 5 years. Her office staff is alway professional, friendly and courteous. Dr Urquhart is very knowledgeable in her field. She take plenty of time to hear concerns. Dr Urquhart explains things in a way that's easy to understand. I started seeing her after she saved a friend's life. Since I have been seeing her, she also saved another friend. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cardiologist.
Had a fantastic experience at Dr. Urquhart's office, and her staff are so great to work with. They are all in-sync, and made me feel comfortable throughout each visit. Both receptionists are fantastic and do a great job with booking appointments and managing their schedule. Professional and talented. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her and their team.
Dr Urquhart and her team are amazing. She is thorough, not leaving any stones unturned! I went in not knowing what to expect and she put my concerns to bed with her can do attitude. 5 stars for the Dr and staff Except receptionist. Love Dr Urquhart, she is a Great doctor!! I will refer everyone to her! The ONLY ISSUE I have is, having to make an appointment with Virginia the receptionist. She forgets to put the appt in the books and then when I go for my "scheduled appt" and have to wait to be fit in because she didn't put me down for the appt is irritating. This has happened a few times. I do Not think she should be scheduling OR rescheduling patients Especially if she keeps forgetting to put people down on the schedule.
