New patient of nurse practitioner Dianna and have rarely felt so comfortable with a provider. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer my long list of questions. I never felt like she was trying to rush me and she didn't get annoyed/frustrated that I asked the same things over and over so I could understand. Will be sticking with this practice!

As a new patient arriving at 3:51 PM, I was under the impression that my appointment was scheduled for 4 PM. However, the receptionist, who was rather unfriendly, informed me that my appointment had actually been at 3:30 PM. I presented my appointment confirmation, which clearly stated 4 PM, but he insisted that someone attempted to call me to change the time. I never received any calls or voicemails regarding this change. This experience was highly unprofessional and I am left feeling extremely disappointed.

Amazing doctor, great office staff, great sonographer. They all go out of their way to help you and accommodate you. I needed an echocardiogram on short notice and they made sure to fit me in. Would not go anywhere else.
