I took my child to attend one of the special Evening Flu Clinics, expecting a standard visit. However, I was disappointed to find out there was an extra charge for the appointment because it was after regular hours. They charged me for "Expanded-hours services," but this was never mentioned in advance, either on the website or when booking the appointment. What made this even more frustrating is that I could easily have gone to places like Walmart, Giant, or CVS for a flu shot without any additional charges. It's upsetting to pay extra for a service that should be straightforward and accessible. They really should be more transparent about any extra fees upfront, especially when scheduling. This experience was far from what I expected for a routine flu shot, and I hope they improve their communication moving forward.

cannot recommend Pediatric Associates of Rockville highly enough! From the moment you walk in, the entire staff goes above and beyond to make both children and parents feel welcome and cared for. The office is clean, organized, and thoughtfully designed to keep kids comfortable and entertained while waiting. The doctors are truly exceptional. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, always taking the time to listen to concerns and answer questions thoroughly. I've never felt rushed during appointments, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their young patients. They're amazing at making kids feel at ease, even during vaccinations or when addressing medical concerns. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they do a fantastic job accommodating same-day sick visits when needed. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, from the front desk to the nurses. As a parent, I feel so grateful to have found a practice that provides such outstanding care. Pediatric Associates of Rockville is truly a gem, and I'm so thankful for the peace of mind they provide in caring for my children's health. Highly recommend them to any parent looking for a trusted pediatrician!

I absolutely adore my doctor. I have been coming here and seeing the same person for years since i was little, my doctor has never disappointed me , she is the best .. but, whoever employed the front office needs to seriously reevaluate their staff .. Carla was so unbelievably rude , i couldn't tell if i was talking to someone MY age or an actual adult; such an extreme lack of professionalism, she was very hostile & sarcastic & unwilling to help me navigate the process of what i needed when i asked .I am only 18 , so i did genuinely need the direction. For this to be a "PROFESIONAL" MEDICAL OFFICE & have the first staff we have to talk to, talk in the manner that they do.. i wouldn't feel comfortable ONE bit if i was a new patient. Thank God i have the best doctor because she truly makes up for the lack of respect the front desk has . If she wasn't my doctor, i would not feel comfortable coming here.

Love this office and wish I could give it 5's, but because of our experience with Dr. Zetlin-Harte, I cannot. I thought maybe it was just me being a sensitive first time mom the last time we saw her, but my husband noticed the same thing this time around. Her looks and tone are very judgmental. I don't know if she is judging by looks and thinks we're young and dumb with no clue what we're doing, but she seems to have a problem with everything we do with our daughter. Co sleeping opinions differ depending on culture, and a 2.5 year old sleeping with the parents is normal for us. It's one thing to recommend something, it's another to demand it in a condescending tone. Then, assuming that my daughter stays up passed bedtime because "mommy and daddy probably don't go to bed at a regular time" is strange, especially because she's wrong. She has no clue what time we go to bed and she was trying to be slick about us co-sleeping. She looks at us like we have 10 heads when questions don't get the answers she wants, like we're lying or something. About our daughter not liking milk, about her eating fruits and vegetables daily, about things as small as her her eating a lot of yogurt! All normal things that most kids do, but she would act like she didn't believe us or we were making it up. I could go on and on but I'll end with the fact that her tone while examining my daughter's teeth/mouth was disgusting. She was not good at hiding her frustration that my daughter didn't stick out her tongue while saying "ahhh" . My daughter knows exactly how to do what she asked, but she was uncomfortable. It took a lot for me to remain calm so I didn't make my daughter even more nervous. My daughter is always nice and happy with the doctors and staff, she was hiding her personality today and even asked my husband if we could go home. We will be returning because I do like the rest of the staff at this office, but we will not be accepting anymore appointments with that doctor.

I've been taking my son here since he was a newborn and he is now 4 years old. I haven't had a single bad experience at Pediatric Associates. During all visits everyone has been very polite and informative and treated my son with so much patience! He has a bit of doctor anxiety but always completed a visit with a smile.
