I don't have a problem with the actual medical care I receive. That's fine. However, I *do* have a problem with the fact that I have tried for TWO DAYS to reschedule my next appointment and NO ONE is answering the phone regarding appointments. Yesterday, 11/20/23, in the early afternoon, I waited for 12 minutes. I finally l gave up and followed the instructions to leave a message so that I would receive a call back. As of today, 11/21/23, 3:15 p.m., no one called. I waited on hold for 17 minutes and the system jumped me to the leave a message recording. I left another message. It should not be this hard to schedule or reschedule an appointment! Yesterday, 10/23/24, I once again tried to call this office. Got trapped in the phone tree and then the system hung up on me.
