This review isn't more so about Dr. Ali, he's amazing. He takes his time to make sure you're doing good and that you're healthy. This review is about the receptionist who was at the front on (02/21/2024). So rude. I sat in the waiting room hearing her slam the phone after ending a call, talking behind patient's back (LOUDLY, with no care in the world; saying things like "omg; they keep calling" or "why do they keep calling"). There were patients literally sitting here in the waiting room. Makes me feel like - if I call, will they treat me the same way? Very much recommend customer service training - for everyone. There are just some things you don't do. As someone who works for a non-profit in the county, specifically one that advocates for Latinos and other underserved communities - I'm appalled as to how patients who are LEP (limited English proficiency) are treated. I can't imagine how they treat others behind doors. One needs to learn to be PATIENT. If you know someone might not be as proficient in English, be patient. Take your time. Don't scream at them on the phone. I take my mother to the doctors for a reason, so that it doesn't happen to her and I can advocate for her. I feel bad for those who might not have someone to do that for them.

If I could give zero stars I would. The most unprofessional, inconsiderate health care practice I have ever been to! I gave them three strikes, and now they are out. Strike 1: they gave me the wrong address, and I spent two hours going around the wrong city while on hold with the office. Strike two: I had an appointment at 1:30, and I arrived on time and waited there for an hour and thirty minutes and out of nowhere : "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU" in the back! I could not believe there was a full waiting room and they are back there celebrating like they were on break! I left the office at 3:30 when my appointment was an hour. Strike three was rescheduling me over and over again. I have a HEART PROBLEM and the doctor cannot find the time to consider my health. This is the worst healthcare practice I have ever been to. Absolutely unacceptable; I would never recommend them even to my worst enemy.

He discussed cutting-edge research and treatment options, ensuring that I received the best possible care. I felt confident and reassured knowing that I was in the hands of a knowledgeable and dedicated physician. Overall, I cannot recommend Dr. Ali, M.D., F.A.C.C., enough. His excellent bedside manners, coupled with his extensive knowledge and genuine compassion, make him a standout healthcare professional. If you're searching for a physician who not only possesses the expertise but also truly cares about his patients, Dr. Ali is the one to trust with your health.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING. I read the reviews about this mister and thought there could be a mistake but I was wrong. Never again. READ THE REVIEWS. Book another cardiologist (there are plenty). DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS MISTER. You're welcome
