I had a wonderful visit with Dr Loeb! She is knowledgeable, professional and truly cares about her patients. I had to find a new PC after my doctor of many years passed.

I had an upsetting and unprofessional experience at the Clinical Associates office in Pikesville, primarily due to the conduct of office manager Fran Pena and the apparent lack of accountability by Dr. Elizabeth Loweb. I arrived only five minutes late to a scheduled appointment that I had confirmed in advance, only to be immediately and harshly dismissed by Fran Pena. Her tone was scolding, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. When I explained that I hadn't received any earlier call to reschedule and that I couldn't make the following week due to travel, she made no attempt to assist or resolve the situation. Instead, she coldly reiterated that I would not be seen. The most shocking moment came when Fran Pena abruptly escalated the situation by threatening to call the police -- over a minor scheduling issue -- simply because I expressed frustration. I've been a patient at Clinical Associates for eight years, and I've never encountered anything so hostile or extreme from any healthcare office. What's worse is that Dr. Loweb was present in the clinic but made no effort to speak with me directly or hear Near me me. Her failure to handle the situation personally -- after years of being my doctor -- shows a lack of leadership, compassion, and sound judgment. I reached out multiple times after the incident by phone and email, yet never received a response or even acknowledgment that my message had been passed along. In addition, access to Dr. Loweb for urgent care has long been an issue at this clinic. When sick, I was almost most of the time diverted to after-hours appointments with physician assistants or nurses, . This is not what I expect from a primary care practice. This clinic does not prioritize respectful patient care, communication, or sound management. I would strongly advise others to seek medical care elsewhere -- somewhere where patients are treated with basic dignity, and staff are held accountable for their conduct.

Dr. Loeb is the greatest. She is truly a healer. She cares about her patients and listens closely to us. Not only that, she is approachable, highly intelligent, and witty.

My doctor is the best. Even when I'm hard headed she is so patient. She takes time with her patients and actually listens. She's caring and I love her

Very caring listens to every word helps you with your problems. The office staff is also very polite.
