Dr. Q, is a wonderful Cardiologist. Each visit with her leaves me with an understanding of what is going on with me and how it is going to affect my life and my health. My questions are always thorough answered and I never feel like I'm being ignored or rushed. That to me is a great feeling when dealing with my health. Dr. Q, visits feels like brunch with a good friend lol. She's awesome and her staff are great too so supportive and welcoming.

I think she is a darn good cardiologist. I left her only because she moved from the location inwhich I had been seeing her and I decided to keep all my dictors under one umbrella. I saw where another patient commented on her sense of humor or lack there of. She does have a tendency to say things she thinks are funny but can be rather insulting at times. I ignored her, because I really don't think she means any harm. She thinks her jokes are hilarious. She'd say something crazy then burst into laughter. She'd definitely not make it as a comedian. She just needs to keep her day job. I'd recommend her.

This dr. wasn't good for me at all . She didn't listen to me much, she was constantly disrupting what I was saying and would talk instead of me . I have some other condition not related to cardiology and she brought it up in a very humiliating way and I felt offended and sad that a dr. Would do that. I will not go back to her , I don't want a dr. To put me down in front of my family and her staff .

I was referred to her from my PCP. I had bad vibes day one she is NOT friendly to say the least. She implied ( with a joke) not funny that I did drugs because the way my heart condition is in. I HAVE NEVER!! Heart problems run on my dad's side of my family. She does not really care about her patients or maybe it's certain one. Bed side manner is what makes doctor's the best and it lacking with her.

Dr. Ambereen may have good intentions, maybe, but my husband who recently suffered from a stroke this past year was at an appointment with her and she did not encourage him to do better instead she used language intended to humiliate and degrade him. I was on the phone while I heard her repeatedly make inappropriate comments about his weight, and his progress after stroke. She did not utilize her professional network to communicate with his PCP or care team. Instead she asked my husband questions and shamed him for not responding quickly enough and knowing all his details after, suffering a severe stroke, information that should be in his medical records and that her office should have gotten from his PCP/ network directly. I eventually spoke up and tried to provide the information on his behalf and eventually, after knowing I was a caretaker, and wife she forced him to hang up the phone. I ask my husband why is she asking you to hang up? He responded, I believe she wants me to call my doctor/" She responded, " No, because we are done" I was still apart of this appointment and I am on his care team and wanted to know what documentation / deliverables he needed to provide she would not proceed with the appointment until he hung up. This was beyond disrespectful how she treated him in general causing me to speak up. If you want a provider that is does her job well, not demeaning, but encourage you to be active in your care plan, Ambereen Quraishi is NOT it. her communication style is very inappropriate and not welcoming to any patient or survivor.
