Dr. Faniyan was really patient with my son who has Autism. She took the time to personally go over his blood results and answer any questions he had. Dr. Faniyan is my doctor also and she is very meticulous when she was reviewing my past, present, and future health. Such A breath of fresh air compared to my past doctors.
There seems to be a lot of incompetence when it comes to administrative paperwork. The pace is so fast that details are missed and mistakes are made. This also comes from the doctor herself. Her notes are generalized and not specific to the problem at hand; when specific paperwork is needed, there is a huge disconnect between doctor and staff. Patient care is important, but administrative follow up is equally vital to a successful outcome.
Dr Faniyan is my favorite doctor I have ever had. She takes her time to listen and is very thorough. She is always upbeat and smiling. She is very personable and friendly and she really knows her stuff.
