Patient
The physician is good and competent but the worst front desk service anyone could ever have. I called in to make sure i pay my bill conveniently on January 16,but the front desk lady was rudest. I listened to her patiently but even before i ask the time when i can drop my payment she banged the phone down. Dr.Syed, you need to get rid of her as soon as possible or at least teach her some ethics of dealing with the patients. (P.S. I am MA and MOA Instructor and know how well they are trained). One last thing is that they need to step up their game in terms of technology. They are still practicing as if they are in previous century in terms of technology.
