I took my 75-year old mother in for a scheduled appointment. After waiting over 1 1/2 hours to be seen, Dr. Yackee treats us very dismissively. I am now the caretaker for my mother and I had numerous questions about her condition, care and medication. He talked over me most of the time. The questions that he did answer were general and vague. He walked out of the room without saying a word, not asking if we had any further concerns or questions (which we did), not telling us when to return. DESPICABLE AND DISGUSTING! I have never seen a doctor behave this way and I hope that I never do again. He is the template for all bad behavior. Unbelievable...I should have taken out my phone and did a video of the whole thing. I will know better next time. I do recommend that you film all interactions with this office.
