Johns Hopkins Community Physicians - Odenton Medical Pavilion II

Billing issues are a disaster. My bill was coded incorrectly and the physician refused to correct it. Insurance can not cover the payments. Everyone who looks at this acknowledges the error, yet no one will be accountable enough to correct. I do not recommend this facility.

Some of the scheduling staff need training. He told me my insurance wasn't accepted and then after I challenged him, he said it was accepted. I felt like I was talking to an incompetent aloof person which shouldn't be answering phones. I waited on hold for a manager for him to tell me they were all in a meeting. I expect more from JH. It is my third bad experience with a male scheduler. Train them or get them off the lines.

I never was disrespected in doctor's office more than today's morning. My first appointment was canceled by office, I made second one. After I came in time and checked in, they simply ignore me. Another patient who came after me was excepted. When I remained them I am still here, they ask me wait more. What kind of care I supposed to get after such a "warm welcom"!?

This is the worst medical location i have ever had to deal with. I overlooked some of the bad reviews but now I see. I called to set up an appointment for a check up..which I did just fine. The whole time I was getting text alerts reminders about the appointment day and time. I then arrived at the address on time. It would have been nice since there are two separate buildings on the campus to maybe get a suite # after walking around for 10 mins trying to find the right office I decided to call. Well the lady picked up and hung up the phone.. after trying multiple times I kept getting their voicmail. This is not the team I want to handle my health. Find another provider trust me

I called yesterday to make an appointment for my son for a pre-op. They transferred my call three different times. Final the last lady gave me an appointment for today 10-09-19 at 2:30pm. When I came to the office the receptionist told me that I doesn't have any appt for today. It would be for the next week. I told her that that is impossible because I specifically mentioned to her that today will be my best day because my son doesn't have school. Also, I always verify my appointments before hang up. And she clearly mentioned to me that my appointment would be tomorrow(today) at 2:30pm. One of the receptionist recognized that I called 3 times and they didn't want to admit they made a mistake. The lady said that there is nothing she can do that but to reschedule. That is so messed up!
