Damon is caring and very professional as a medical specialist. His welcoming personality and thoughtful approach, to an otherwise stressful situation, was refreshing and reassuring. He is an asset to the Laurel Office of Capitol Cardiology. Likewise, Jackie, Pam and Melissa are true professionals in their respective specialties, who provide an invaluable support system to their patients. They are sincerely appreciated.

Ashley, was professional, kind, and efficient. Ashley got my father in and out quickly without making me feel rushed. Dr. Gharad was attentive and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

Where do I even begin. Never contacted or mailed me anything concerning my bill. I had no idea I owed anything until I got a call from CBC Collections asking if I needed help paying the bill. I called Capitol Cardiology today and the lady on the phone said bills are sent to collections when they can not get in contact via mail. Why couldn't they call me? Email me anything? I was able to pay the bill today and asked her to verify my address. They made a mistake and had the wrong apt number on file. Instead of them to email me or even call concerning my bill they did this. Just wicked and evil. Avoid this place at all cost.

The staff here is always nice and understanding. They are flexible with scheduling and I always get reminders regarding my appointment. My prescriptions are always sent promptly as well. Dr. Rao is nice. The only reason I give 4 and not 5 is the Billing department. They call you multiple times way before a bill is even sent to you via mail. Almost as if they assume they will have to badger you regarding payment. I've never dealt with this at any doctors office, so I was very surprised when I got all the voicemails and had to verify it wasn't a scam prior to paying.
