Wonderful Dr., Interested in me, my health. Answers all my questions/concerns. Great bedside manner. I've been with her for years. Dr. Sheth is Awesome*

We have been waiting for a referral for months and we have called many many times and we are not getting referral or answering the phone. This doctor does not response nor provide any service. We have medical issues and cannot wait for referral our whole life. Also the nurses tried several times to take blood from my arm and bruised me and was not successful. I will have to change my doctor. I do not recommend this doctor at all if you want to live.

Dr. Sheth is a great doctor; I love her. But the office staff are dangerously incompetent. I'm writing this review because I don't know how else to get through to them (their patient portal won't let me send them a message for some reason), and if I were Dr. Sheth I'd want to know how bad things are in the practice. Over the past month, the office staff have: (1) Lost a form I faxed to them to transfer my Rx to my new insurance's mail order pharmacy; (2) As a result, they sent my Rx to the wrong mail-order pharmacy; (3) When I called to ask them to transfer the Rx to the correct mail-order pharmacy, they just lost or ignored the message. The transfer didn't happen. (4) When I called again to ask them to transfer the Rx to the correct mail-order pharmacy, they clicked the wrong button and sent it to a different wrong pharmacy; (5) Their mistakes meant I didn't have enough remaining doses to wait on mail-order, so I finally got them to send the Rx to a local pharmacy. When I went to pick it up, they said the cost was over $400, because Dr. Sheth had accidentally prescribed tablets instead of capsules. (Every previous time, she prescribed capsules. The cost for capsules is $25 because insurance is weird); (6) I ran out of meds 48 hours ago. Quitting this medication cold turkey causes debilitating withdrawal symptoms. I called the office at 9:30 this morning begging them to correct the Rx and re-send it to the pharmacy ASAP. I've called again two more times. Nothing. The office staff are snippy with me, saying there's nothing they can do because the doctor is busy. I can understand that, but I emphasized that I'm suffering withdrawal and this is all their fault. They don't seem to care. One of these mistakes would be forgivable. All of them together have cost me hours of time, a ton of stress, and jeopardized my health. I'm at a loss what to do.

Dr.Sheth, M.D. is an amazing Doctor and an amazing person and Mrs.Deanna the amazing lady the only lady that takes my blood I thank you so much for all you do you are awesome

Dr. Sheth has always been of great help for me. Does not rush me out and always takes time to hear my concerns.
