I've been seeing Dr. Gao for a couple years now and each time I visit the office I feel so welcomed! The staff are all amazing and Dr. Gao takes the time to listen to every concern. I also appreciate that it's really easy to schedule an appointment, and I rarely wait more than a minute or two in the office before being seen. Overall I've had only good experiences!

I have been seeing Dr. Gao for several years now. She has a very kind demeanor and takes time to listen. She gives good advice and treats the "whole person". She is quick to see me in an emergency or when I am ill. That was not the case with my previous doctor. I trust her implicitly and know that she will take good care of me. Her staff is also excellent!

Genuinely courteous and friendly friendly staff. Dr. Gao seems very knowledgeable and interested in her patient's welfare. She's listens and is responsive to patient's questions and requests. She doesn't seem 'hurried' and is wiling to spend time with patients. There's no question that Dr. Gao can sometimes be a little difficult to understand and she would benefit from speaking a little louder (especially to the older patients). Otherwise, first visit was a good, positive experience.

Find another PCP!! The reviews for Dr. Gao on my insurance provider's website are more negative than the sus 5-star no-comment reviews here. I unfortunately didn't do enough research before my appt, and found the care here to be sub par. I'm bigger in size and I know its common for some doctors to not provide the same level of care to patients that are obese, and this felt obvious as I was going over my health concerns with Dr. Gao. She even recommended at one point eating 1300 calories, and while I definitely understand the suggestion of cutting back calories, 1300 just seems like outdated medical advice and not sustainable. I wish she had really taken the time to understand where I was coming from and address my concerns, but instead she would provide useless advice and rush to move on to the next thing. The office was slightly outdated and didnt seem super clean. I also didn't understand why I needed to go over all of my health questions with the nurse, and then completely again with Dr. Gao; it would've been more efficient to read what the nurse had entered into my chart a few minutes before. By the end of the appointment, I honestly felt like I wasn't getting the level of care that I believe to just be standard, so I didn't bother finishing through my list of questions. I eventually had to find another doctors office to visit.

Every office visit to Dr. Gao is always a very worthwhile and positive experience for me. The staff is very friendly and efficient, office/ waiting rooms are super sanitized and well maintained, as well as quiet and comfortable. Dr. Gao is such a great listener and always gives me outstanding professional advice, and I trust what she recommends. She is also very compassionate and empathetic. Dr. Gao is the ONLY doctor i will ever go to because she is top notch in her profession, and I consider her the Gold Standard of Doctors! 5 Stars!
