The staff is outstanding. Nicole, the receptionist was incredibly patient and kind while handling my check-in and prior medical requests. Jesse handled my documentation requests with speed and efficiency. In the exam room, Nurse Jasmine clearly explained the visit process and ensured all my questions and concerns were addressed. Dr. Raikar was friendly, patient, and thorough. He took the time to review my entire medical history and ensured I completely understood my diagnosis and at-home care instructions. The facility is clean and conveniently located. I truly felt that my health was a priority and that I was in excellent hands.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had at any medical office. The customer service is beyond terrible -- starting from the front desk all the way up to the providers. The office is completely disorganized, with constant miscommunication between staff members, leaving patients confused, frustrated, and often without the care they came for. The office manager, Jesse Ingersoll, is a clear reflection of this chaos. Poorly trained, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic leadership and patient service skills. Rather than resolving issues, Jesse only adds to the dysfunction. It's clear the office is suffering under ineffective management. Dr. Sameer Saiedy showed a disturbing lack of concern for patient care -- rushed, dismissive, and unapproachable. His attitude makes you feel like a number, not a human being. And as for Dr. Rajesh Raikar, he is clearly past his prime and appears completely out of touch. If patient safety and quality care mean anything to this practice, they should seriously consider whether he is still fit for the role. At this point, retirement would be the most responsible course of action. This office is not just inconvenient -- it's unsafe and unprofessional. If you value your health, your time, and being treated with basic human decency, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.

I don't know if I have ever been so singularly impressed with a medical establishment as I am with this place... from the first encounter to make an appointment for a relative this would have been her first visit how quickly I could get her in... to every single employee's attitude and demeanor being kind and professional and empathetic. It's clean it's warm it's fuzzy and I really respect Dr Simlote. You have a consistent experience every time administratively everything is organized communication is on point this is the unicorn of medical facilities in a good way.

Dr Spangler and her staff made me feel very welcomed. I love the time and care she took to explain how to take care of my foot. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly and give the office a nice vibe as soon as you walk in.

All of my visits to this office have been pleasant and efficient. The office staff and Dr, Spangler keep things moving along and I have never had to wait more that 5 minutes. Everyone's instructions are clear, and after a bit of chit-chat, I am on my way out...this efficiency is not typical of most doctor visits.
