Dr. Okun is very personable and seems like he genuinely cares about his patients. He listened to my concerns and took thorough, written notes of all the details to fully understand. He was not dismissive at all and ordered additional testing to ensure there was no deeper issue. Overall I highly recommend him. His staff was also very nice and professional.
Doctor doesn't seem to care about patients that are having trouble breathing. My father had called him so many time to get an expedited appointment, i get you're busy but someone who can't breath should take some priority or some . Had to rush him to the hospital after his 3rd day of calling saying he had trouble breathing, will be following up with any legal action i can. Terrible person that seems to take advantage of older people and not care. Would give 0 stars if i could.
