It's a shame I have to give this office one star because Dr. Grace Really is kind and listens to your concerns. She seems to try and understand and resolve your issues. The areas where I feel like this place deserves one star is I will set an appointment time and every single appointment is running at a minimum two hours because there is such a back up. I will arrive at my designated time and wait for an hour because they are late. I'm not sure if that's Dr. Grace or if that's the office but every single time they are late. Even when I am on telehealth, I am waiting for the appointment for at least 30 to 45 minutes. It just seems very unprofessional and unorganized. My other issue is getting a response via the portal or from the office is nonexistent. I have been waiting days for an update on my prescription because the pharmacy needs more information and the pharmacy and myself have contacted the office and left messages and contacted via the portal and no one has responded. I am having to physically drive myself over to the office and tell them that I'm going to wait there until I get a response because I am out of my prescription and need it within the next 48 hours. This is a prescription that has to be made and shipped to me So the matter is more urgent, and I have been waiting almost a week for a response, and no one has received it. The lack of communication is very disorganized. I definitely plan to be switching providers and it is a shame that it has come to that.

Dr. Grace is the best! She is very patient and actually listens to your concerns. She takes her time to address all issues you bring to her attention and works with you to find the best solutions to suit your aliment and schedule. They are very accommodating with scheduling appointments and moving them around in cases of emergencies. I will definitely recommend Dr. Grace and her team 10/10 times.

I love my doctor here but the front desk staff and MA's have changed recently and are extremely rude. After a patient with an accent came in one of them came back to where the other patients were waiting and said to a co-worker "It's not my fault they can't speak Engrish" while imitating an accent to mock them. Extremely disappointed when I've always had a pleasant experience here.

I have been a patient here for over 25 years. Dr. Stephen Izzi is our family doctor and very good at diagnostics. He is my favorite doctor and always figures out what's wrong quickly. The only thing I don't like is the wait time. Last time we were there 5 hours.

Front desk staff are extremely rude, uneducated and unprofessional. I've been seeing the doctor for many years, he is great but the staff is highly unprofessional, made me want to switch to a different primary care provider.
