I see Dr Asser, he's a fabulous doctor. Always takes time to answer any questions and is so supportive and understanding. I started with Dr Griffen before being moved to Dr Asser's more specialized care and he was fabulous too. I have a genetic heart condition so Dr Griffen has continued to monitor my children. My husband just started seeing Dr Patel and he was pleased with his visit and the very thorough care he's received so far as well.

Awful group. I saw 2 doctors over 3 years there. One of them decided to take over my treatment from the other and took me off medicine after a cardiac event sooner than all medical literature says to and I had subsequent cardiac trauma for months as a result. The other doctor just canceled a post-hospital appointment because I didn't get an echo done at their office even though I have 3 from recent hospitalizations and he simply refused to look at the records. This office has not called me back after 5 voicemails to have my records sent to a specialist and I had to beg for 3 days to have a life-saving Rx refilled. In the hospital, one of their NPs refused to leave my room until I had started crying about a diagnosis because she stood in my room and asked me repeatedly if I knew how serious it was and that I might die. She then continued to try to find me every subsequent hospitalization because she liked me or something even though I would always ask to refuse treatment from her afterwards. I have seen nothing but laziness and being a patient there made me feel like I would die and they wouldn't have cared. If you get assigned a doctor from this group because you were hospitalized, run to a different one ASAP. They truly don't care.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Bobby Ghosh at Cardiac Associates, P.C. of Germantown scheduled for 9:30 am. The office requires patients to arrive at least 15 minutes early, which I did. However, despite being punctual, I noticed that 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, I still had not been called.
When I inquired at the front desk, I was informed that the doctor was busy with other patients and that it is common practice for the doctor to overbook appointments. After waiting for a total of 57 minutes, I requested to reschedule my appointment to a time when the doctor could see me promptly.
It's important to note that if a patient arrives even a few minutes late, they won't be seen due to tardiness. This double standard is unfair and frustrating. It's unacceptable and unreasonable to ask patients to arrive early only to make them wait for nearly an hour past their appointment time. The practice of overbooking appointments needs to be addressed, as it significantly impacts patient satisfaction and trust.

Horrible treatment . My son had an appointment booked for several months . We got a call a week before the appointment saying the dr will no longer work that late 4:00pm and it won't be able to get in until November to get in any day and any time of day . This is unacceptable as we are waiting for test results from a scan . This is also the 2nd time an appointment has been cancelled. Also, you will be waiting over an hour after your appointment to even go back and start the appointment.

I echo much of what's been said about Cardiac Associates. This is not about any individual Doctor. It's about the organization and the total disregard for being responsive when called. At the Doctors request I tried to set up an appointment for an additional test. I have now tried every possible way to reach anybody at the office to set this up. Before I left their office I was given a specific number, other than their main number to call re an appointment. When I called it their system said the number was not recognized. I have now made 6 calls to various prompts at their main number and have not received a return call. As a result I will be leaving any Doctor practicing at Cardiac Associates.
