I highly recommend Dr. Lynch for anyone considering the Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB). I spent a long time researching providers and wanted someone with both exceptional credentials and extensive experience. Dr. Lynch is a true pioneer in using SGB for PTSD, has performed the procedure safely for nearly 15 years, has published extensively on the topic, and holds multiple degrees from top universities. That gave me full confidence I was in the right hands. From the moment I walked in, the staff--especially Jodi--made me feel welcome and calm. The office has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. Dr. Lynch took his time explaining everything and answering all of my questions. The procedure itself was quick, painless, and took about 15 minutes. The results were incredible--I felt relief immediately, as if a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. After the second injection the next day, the improvement was even more profound. It was the first time in years that I felt like myself again. My body finally felt quiet. I slept for 12 hours that night. I could take full, deep breaths for the first time in what felt like forever. And I could listen to music in the most relaxed way possible really focus in on all the sounds. But the emotional healing is happening gradually in layers and that's the beauty of it.
