Crofton Internal Medicine

My husband and I have been patients of Dr.Mattu for close to 20 years. She is the most knowledgeable, caring and thorough doctor I have ever met. Her staff is also great! They are always responsive and courteous!! I cannot say enough good things!!

I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient. They are no longer accepting new patients...EVER, the young lady tells me. Who ever answered the phone for appointments couldn't hear me, and immediately hung up and was the same person to answer when I called back. She was extremely impatient with me. She told me that they aren't accepting new patients. I told her that I was new to the area, and was wondering if that's common in the Gambrills area. With an annoyed 'sigh', she said that there just aren't a lot of internal medicine doctors here. The responses weren't what bothered me. She made me feel like I was annoying her. New and current patients is what keeps that business running and she needs to remember that, with her rude self. Side note...I'm not easily offended at all, but this interaction did not make me happy.

I've been with Dr. Gallatin for 15 years. She is a wonderful, caring doctor who really knows her patients. I appreciate that she listens to whatever is going on and isn't too quick to write an RX if there are other ways to manage the problem.

Great office and team. Dr. Ruth Gallatin is by far the best primary doctor I could've gotten for myself.

Been with the office since i was 18 great staff quick to get seen. Very friendly.
