Amazing and attentive office staff. Dr. Ball has a wonderful bedside manner, doesn't rush and is thorough with everything. I was recommended to this practice by multiple people who told me Dr. Ball was the absolute best in the area. I completely agree and highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Ball is an excellent doctor with a great sense of humor. He listens to your concerns and addresses them with urgency. During my son's illness, Dr. Ball effectively provided the necessary measures to aid in his wellness and recovery. He is reassuring and confident and always there to provide outstanding bedside manner. I'm truly grateful for his service and care! Unfortunately, my poor experience is related to the encounter I had yesterday with Lily and Danny of the administrative staff, which is why I cannot give 5 stars. Immediately upon my entrance, no one greeted me or extended warmth or compassion. I was spoken to rudely and aggressively and treated disrespectfully, which is so unfortunate, as Dr. Ball is such a tremendous doctor, so it's a disgrace to see his front desk staff taint the image of his establishment with their ignorantly unprofessional service.
I first met Dr. Ball in the ER about 15 years ago and I received excellent care. My husband and I are both patients now we are so lucky to have such a professional and caring Dr. taking care of us.
I have been to Dr. Ball several times and find him very personable, great bedside manner, very focused on what I was telling him. It was definitely a two way conversation. As an added plus he is incredibly nice and I feel very comfortable asking him questions..His staff has been great to work with and I haven't encountered any problems. And the longest I've had to wait is 10 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pulmonologist
I see Dr. Ball mostly, but all of them are wonderful! I am a complicated patient with many comorbidities, and they are great with taking everything into consideration and communicating with my other providers. Very professional and kind! The support staff are great too!
