I've never experienced such an unprofessional doctor's office in my life. The staff who answer the phone are completely clueless and extremely rude. When I politely asked for the receptionist's name, she hung up on me. That alone speaks volumes about how this office operates. One of my medications required a prior authorization, and the doctor told me the only person who could complete it would be out for a week. I waited, called back the next week, and was told it would be handled. I later contacted my insurance, only to find out nothing had ever been submitted. When I called the office again to get answers, they either hung up on me or simply refused to answer the phone. It's unbelievable. The entire office feels like it's stuck in the stone ages--poor communication, no professionalism, and absolutely no concern for patients. The doctor clearly does not care about how his staff treats people or about ensuring patients receive the care and follow-through they need. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

He is very and compassionate. His office staff are so sweet and helpful. I never have to wait to get an appt and I am seen at the appropriated time.

I love Dr Aziz and his staff. They do listen and care. His receptionist is very sweet and outgoing. They always pick up and call back. I never had any issues. They are always willing to work with my schedule. I've been with them for years and wanted to give them the review they deserve. Thank you Dr. Aziz for your service as a doctor.

Incompetent receptionist, Indecisive Doctor. When calling for refills or updates, receptionist does not return calls. She was rude when I voiced being upset with her response time. I had to call three times to find out about a refill. Doctor wouldn't accept recommendations from a specialist that he had sent me to. Unless you only need cough drops or blood pressure medication, avoid this doctor. He will just send you to another doctor for evaluation. He stated he is not a specialist and that I could find another doctor if not satisfied. That was his best diagnosis.

This office does not care about your needs and necessities all they care about is payment and money. they refuse to provide the medication necessary unless they get paid and they are rude and smart. I do not reccommend this doctors office to anyone.
