My husband and I are patients of this practice. The providers are fine. However, the office staff is horrendous! Calls are put on hold for over 20 minutes then transferred to another voicemail, voice mail messages are never responded to or the calls are dropped. This has happened multiple times over the last few years but it has become worse since MedStar took over. And the staff continues to blame the new computer system which is no longer new. Today my husband arrived for an appointment and was told the provider was not there! The staff said they tried to call everyone. The gentleman behind my husband said no one called him either. I am considering changing providers at this point.
