I have had an amazing experience at Elite Primary Care Group! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. One of their employees even brought me water when I started coughing while waiting in the lobby. The office is clean, efficient, and well-organized. The doctors truly take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. I see Dr. Azizi who is very compassionate, kind, thorough and listens to all my problems even when I am scheduled to see her for one thing. My husband sees Dr. Kapoor who is kind, personable, respectful and smart. A lot of our friends and family go to this practice since 2023 and are very pleased with them. We keep referring more people to them because they truly enjoy practicing medicine the way it should be. We never feel rushed or overlooked. Its refreshing to find a team that genuinely cares about their patients' health and well being. We highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough and high-quality primary care!

The reviews for this place are mixed but the rating is OK and I only needed a work clearance filled out so I was going to try it. Called a few times, left 2 messages and then was left on hold forever because the woman didn't know either physician's availability and had to ask someone. She never returned so I hung up. Tried the website, no reply. Maybe they just aren't taking new patients anymore. Spoke to a friend to ask for her recommendation. He heard about the efficiency issues at this practice, and other reviews did mention it so she didn't bother going. Primary Care Associates of MD got me taken care of easily and quickly.

*E2* I see your older reviews mention most of my issues. And why would an employee be so upset? We're they a patient as well? Very professional to bot be accountable. *1*Edited for space* Wow. I don't love being so invalidated. I assure you, my review is 100% truthful. As of my last appointment, each doctor was only there 3/4 days per week with alternating Fridays. My appointments have ABSOLUTELY been rescheduled multiple times by your office. I was told it was a new staff member once scheduling in error, once for some hospital emergency or something. A woman named Christine was the manager then and for our i-693 mess. Before her there was an older gentleman who claimed to have been there a few years. Some other woman replaced Christine months later. Then the young guy who was front desk at first. All since I became a patient in July '24. The girl your staff told me was fired for theft? She works where I eat breakfast sometimes. I know what happened with her was true. Lastly, I called Friday 3 or 4 times to be left on hold or hung up on and finally some woman I've never spoken to named Carol said she would have someone return my call. That didn't happen. But seeing as I'm not interested in being a patient any longer, I feel the opportunity I gave by even calling was fair. My insurance issue? Tri-care. I was not aware you didn't accept all Tri-Care plans at the time of my visit, but only certain regions/subs. I was not aware of any changes or hold ups in your office with Tri-care and went for my follow up not knowing I'd be billed for then 2 visits. No call, email, noticed posted in office, tell me when I show up.... nothing. There is nothing for your office to fix. I obviously don't trust your office so I won't be back. It also seems like you have yet another new manager? That doesn't seem helpful for me. Seems like a chance to blame old staff. This is my true and genuine experience and opinion. That's just that. Somehow, your office remains well rated for the immediate area. Focus on maintaining that and a strong staff so that no one else has the experience I did. *end reply* DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! This practice is a mess. The entire staff and the practice manager changes every 3 months or so. The constantly new staff means you'll always be explaining your health history to a new medical assistant, your bill will never be submitted to insurance correctly (still waiting on a response from their office but you can never get them on the phone), your medications will take forever to be refilled, forget a referral or pre-op note. Anything you need once your exam is over will take ages and the excuse is always new staff... but the staff is always new. In the year I've been a patient I have met 3 new office managers and I've personally told my history to 8 or 9 medical assistants. So much for HIPAA. However, they will make sure to schedule you every 2 weeks to follow up on who knows what because they've usually forgotten by then. Its a chop shop where they spend about 5 minutes with you because it seems like they double book the day but are only there 2 or 3 days per week from 9am to 2 or 3 pm.

Dr. Kapoor is always very willing to help and she listens to your needs. I have had several PCPs in the last few years and she is by far the best. I also would like to give a shout out to Finesse who is extremely friendly and helped me with my paperwork on several occasions. Just like any doctors office, there are times they can run behind, but overall I would recommend this office.(My fiancee and I both go here).

Dr. Kapoor and all the office staff are so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the care and time I have to talk to Dr. Kapoor and ask questions. It's been years since I've had a PCP that puts this much effort and care into my health. Highly recommend!
