Dr. Sana Shah

My appointment was with a doctor that I had never met before at this practice and our appointment started off with her suggesting that I should see someone else there. She never introduced herself or even just said hello. In my opinion, very inconsiderate and unprofessional. When we finally started to speak I was very surprised that the doctor was not prepared for my appointment. No medical results were reviewed including blood tests that had recently been performed. It seems that it would be in my best interest that I look somewhere else for a cardiac specialist.

Watch out! Showed up for my appointment and the receptionist says "oh someone should have called you". They canceled my appointment because the doctor was busy and was on call. Isn't this part of your job to be on call?! She then had the balls to say we can reschedule. I told her you all have done this to me 3 times and that I was done with you. Beware and be for warned. If I had the option zero stars that is what I would give.

Dr. Shah is great. Answers any questions, and the office is on time for appointments. I never have to wait long and everyone is always super nice!

This place was the worst. I went and had a check up and was told to receive my medication through these unprofessional people. I ran out of both and it took me a week to get one of them replaced. The other one didn't because this place BLOCKED my number. If you value your life, don't ever come here
