Dr. David R. Yu, MD

Dr yu is wonderful the office staff needs an over haul. It took me 6 weeks to get in. Then I get there and told to have a seat 30 minutes later I. Told to fill out my info in there computer set up that took 15 minutes then I finally get called to the front desk only to be told they don't take my insurance but I could call the insurance company to give authorizing through my insurance thats not my job thats their job. Needless to say after more than 15 years with the dr I have to start over it's such a shame that the front office isn't patient friendly

Dr. Yu is a very professional and knowledgeable cardiologist. Unfortunately, two women who work in his office are extremely rude and condescending (a woman named Tammy and an older receptionist with long, blond hair). Both of these women need to be reprimanded for their lack of professionalism and proper manners.

Dr yu is a really personable cardiologist. It is rare to find a Dr who actually sits down and talks with you to find out about your lifestyle and who you are. However, the office staff while very friendly, is a bit overworked . I have been out on hold for ten minutes just waiting for anyone to ask how I needed help. The office decor shows you into a tomb like feeling and that continues into the patient rooms. A light color Paint would do wonders. All of this aside, I value Dr yu and his staff and realize how hard they work every day.

Excellent and and willing to explain what to expect with patience. We really like this cardiologist.

Dr Yu is knowledgable and great at explaining everything. Highly recommend him!
