I had to take my daughter there for a check since her BP has been sky high. The nurse Julia was very helpful in what we could expect and very patient with my child. My anxiety was high as this was one of many appointments that we were going to be dealing with over the next few weeks. She was reassuring and calm. The Doctor was beyond amazing. She explained everything to us, reassured us everything was good. Showed us what she was looking at when doing the echo. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to take their children to a Cardiologist.

Dr. Roane is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about her! She was incredibly thorough in her explanations and made us feel so comfortable. I wanted to give 5 stars, but our nurse was very snippy when she was asking us questions. While we were waiting for the echo, we were placed in a room across from the receptionist area and could hear how she interacted with the receptionist and patients on the phone. The kindness level needs stepped up. Patients or parents/advocates of patients are calling a heart specialist's office, meaning their nerves are probably already on alert. You should hear nothing but compassion, understanding, and kindness from all you interact with from the office. Dr. Roane gets full 5 stars and I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Roane is amazing and caring! She also really takes the time to explain things and reassure you! However, I do agree that the nurse is rather rude and short with patients though. I thought maybe she was having a bad day... but in reading the reviews...apparently that's the norm!

Barely worthy of the 1 star. Upon check in- not the friendliest, warmest welcome. Medical Assistant is abrupt and went to the same training as the front desk as she TOO is not the friendliest. Glad we dont need to go back- and for those that may need to Id start with finding another provider!!!!

Julia the receptionist is snippy and rude not friendly . Please learn some compassion and empathy when dealing with parents . The dr was great he was filling in at the moment but all I can say is glad I don't have to go back Due to how the receptionist treats people . Dr you were great just suggesting an empathy class or new job for receptionist
