I really appreciate the way Dr. Louie approaches his practice. He is patient, kind and thoughtful in the way he listens and then provides feedback. In conversation about my conditions he considers and provides quantitative details to help me understand. I never feel rushed. When he talks with me he is completely attentive and in the moment. He is friendly and personable. I feel very well cared for with Dr. Louie.
As always, the front office staff is kind, warm and welcoming. The facility is spotless and provides a calm environment. Dr. Mayer and her assistant are wonderful. Dr. Mayer listens to all of the questions I have and we discuss the best plan for my fibromyalgia and arthritis. She is helping me to live the best life I can and I am sooo grateful
This was my initial visit to ARA, and I am very pleased with my appointment. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. Dr. Eden (PA) was very thorough is obtaining my background history as well as explaining all the different classes of medication and their side effects, as well as explaining what my Dexa Scan results meant. Unfortunately due to time, I only got to meet Dr. Louie for a short period of time. But Dr. Eden presented all my information in depth to him and he was aware of what was going on with me and was able to discuss the game plan for the action to be taken with my medical care. I highly recommend this practice.
I really like the entire staff; they're friendly and attentive, and appointments are fairly punctual. I've been seeing Dr. Oshinsky for about two years, and he's always been the same: patient, in no rush, always attentive, and offering alternatives. I definitely recommend this practice.
It is a sad state of the medical BUSINESS when a practice charges $100 for a missed appointment!!!! Do you reimburse your patients for their time when the practice cancels appointments or is running late? I am glad that I missed this appointment because this is obviously a BUSINESS more than a caring medical practice.
