I have never before had such a marvelous experience at a doctor's office. Bonnie was a pure joy to work with. She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful! The other woman in the office (Ariel maybe?) was great as well! Dr Raikar was seriously amazing! He took 30 minutes drawing me diagrams, asking me questions, listening, and explaining information to me. I felt heard and respected. I learned so much from him! It was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a doctor's office before. I cannot recommend Dr Raikar and his staff more! Please use him for all of your general surgeon needs!
The front desk personnel were very friendly and professional and worked well to get me scheduled. My technician was very professional, personable and genuine. My only negative was that I was never able to view my results on the portal.
Everyone was NICE. Pleasure, since so many people can be rude. The procedure was efficient and they sent the results where they needed to go.
Very clean office and very nice staff. Doctor was great answer all questions and was on time for my appointment.
