The staff at Desai Medical Center are clean, professional and polite! This includes front desk, laboratory, nurses, and assistants. Everyone is extremely friendly! Dr. Desai is the best doctor. He prioritizes good mental health as much as physical health. He is always readily available to help at anytime of day. He takes the time to listen to you and then provides the safety of knowing that he has got your back, and he will do everything he can to help you. I have been going to Dr.Desai for as long as I can remember, and I am so glad. The quality of care is unmatched!

Dr. Desai is THE BEST DOCTOR in the world, and I am not making this statement lightly. Dr. Desai is dedicated to making sure the patient and the care team get to the root of any problem in which they are facing. He always says, "you are zero without your health, all the accomplishments and everything else don't mean much if you do not take care of your health and well-being" and he is so right. He doesn't just prioritize physical health- he speaks to us about the importance of mental health too. Our entire family has been with Dr. Desai for half a decade, and I can proudly say we made the right choice. He has worked tirelessly to better the health of my family and always gives us advice on how we can live a more full-filling life through small changes in diet, lifestyle, fitness, etc. One of my friends was having a health emergency and he was prompt in getting them an appointment and making their situation better. Been over a week since i sent an email request for my patient paperwork. I am no longer interested, pathetic that an offi e would take over a week to respond to an email with a copy + paste of paperwork. Cant imagine how difficult it is to actually schedule an appointment or get anything done. Many doctores are listed as accepting new patients when they are not. So waiting over a week on a maybe it a joke.
