I don't like the new "all electronic" from desk sign in, I don't want to use a tablet to sign in. One of the questions is "can I take your picture" ummm... If I wanted to use a tablet and start taking selfies I would go to a virtual Dr. Also the sign out desk, they had a nice one on the way out before the waiting room, but took it away so now all info that went from the Dr office and future appointment Now goes out to the whole waiting room who has ears to talk to the front desk. They do have a nice onsite lab without an annoying radio pointed at it though, its nice and quiet, which is worth at least one extra star. This review is because I don't do electronics, pen and paper please.

Visited the office once for physical, so I can't say much about the doctor, but wow their business side of service is so dysfunctional. Their phone is busy half the time, and they can't do a simple thing such as approve a refill on prescription on time. After being the mediator between Weis Pharm and the office for a week (each pointing fingers at each other for dropped communication) I had to drive over to the doctor's office to pickup a physical copy of prescription and drop it off at Weis. Done with this provider who can't do a simple prescription refill.

PR Family Medicine has been my primary care for over 30 years. Dr Papoi is a doctor committed to patient needs. He listens and treats as appropriate. Highly recommend this practice.

I just called this place twice as I wanted to see if they are accepting new patients in hopes to set up my first appointment and in both instances the reception hung up on me. I typically do not provide unfavorable reviews but I had to in this case as this was very unprofessional.

Professional, friendly doctors and helpful staff. Easy to get a last-minute appointment because there's so many providers here. Wait times are short.
