Most horrible and unprofessional practice I've ever dealt with and I'm military so I've dealt with a lot. New insurance policy member and has all the required information and even has the insurance company on the phone say all the information is verified but they wouldn't see my fiance because they actually need a piece of paper saying it!!!!! Freaking ridiculous. Wouldn't even entertain the idea of accepting a PDF email of the card. Very rude and inconsiderate staff!!!! People are sick and have insurance but they want to be rude to us!!! Outstanding customer service!!! I hope this practice gets shuts down and you inconsiderate ladies working the front counter lose your jobs!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nusari for the last 15 years. From the front desk to the doc himself everyone is great. I drive an hour to see him, it's well worth the drive. I'm in the medical field myself and know quality when I see it.

(U) Been going to Crofton since 1998 ish. Current doctor does know his medical. Have no issues.

Dr Nusairee is the best doctor ever. The office staff friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and he always has availability.

My sister tells me she likes 'Waze', but I like Google Maps better. So very simple, Even for Me!
