Dr Williams is the best doctor ever! I followed her from her previous office in greenbelt md because she was just that good. I've been her patient over 7 yrs. she takes her time with you and actually gets to know you as a person not just as a patient. So if u have a long wait time just know it's with love, I couldn't ask for a better doctor, Megan Amy and the older lady are all great, they never have attitudes & they aren't moody like most staff can be at doctor offices They get your referrals and prescriptions sent out ASAP and they always let u know if there's any issues. I just love them all!!

Don't bother considering this practice. Avoiding this practice will save you time, stress, and frustration. Doctor Williams was about 15/20 minutes late for the introductory televisit and could barely sit still to listen during the conversation. Even after providing all the necessary contact and insurance information before the meeting they tried to bill me directly instead of going through my insurance. Then even after I paid the proper copay bill they continue to send me a bill for the same appointment. This practice also uses some random website/information exchange system that alerts them to whenever you visit a hospital or other practice and they use the information on this site to contact you - not the information in your file! Well the site does not have current/updated information so they continually call individuals not listed on the approved points of contacts in their own files! Pretty sure it's a HIPPA violation even though the front desk person tries to say it's not. My wife and I got so feed up with how poorly the practice is being run that we told them they were no longer our primary care and to inactivate us in their system. This still has not fixed the issue of them calling the wrong people about our healthcare events and all the front desk says is they'll pass the request on to the office manager. Did I mention that Dr Williams has been out of the office for the past month and the office manager, who I believe is her husband, is out indefinitely. Just a cycle of complete incompetence that you should avoid at all costs.

Dr Williams listened to all my issues and helped me understand my diagnosis or what I needed to do.

Dr. Williams took me as a new patient a month ago and started out with a tele visit until I could get an office appointment. I was impressed immediately with her thoroughness with my medical history as well as my current problems. She immediately gave me the referrals needed to get the tests done before my office appointment with her. She also made sure I was aware that I may need FMLA papers for my job protection if I needed to be off for an extended time and to bring them to my appointment. After the office visit, I was also impressed with the time she took for my visit and I did not feel she was rushing to get to her next patient. The office staff was very friendly making it a very nice experience.

First impressions are everything and Doctor Williams gave me a horrible first impression. She was about 25/30 minutes late for our televisit, she repeatedly cut me off everytime I tried to explain to her what had happened to me, she questioned why I came to her instead of going to another doctor and asking them to be my primary care instead, she kept cutting me off to ask questions on things I was trying to tell her before being cut off, and she tried to suggest what my issue may be without even listening to 3/4 of what I have been through and the steps I already took. I felt as though she was trying to rush me off the call as if she had something else to do or was just ready to go home. This was my first time trying to find a new primary doctor in years due to the horrible experiences I have had with doctors in the past. This experience with Doctor Williams did not help change my bad experience with primary doctors at all. If you want to be actually heard and feel like your doctor has a genuine interest in what your are going through, actually cares what you are going through, and are not just trying to rush you out, then I do not suggest going here at all.
