Lili Barouch, MD

Dr. Barouch is a one-of-a-kind doctor. She genuinely takes her time to hear and address your concerns, builds a relationship of trust, and cares about her Patient's prognosis. I have been seeing her for several years after being referred by another in-house Johns Hopkins Cardiologist (who is also wonderful). I had many doctors who refused to dig deeper due to my age and lack of any abnormalities seen in testing. She restored my faith in doctors, helped me to regain trust in treatment/recovery, and has helped me to get some of my life back. I have an uphill battle in my journey to recovery and while I am still not 100%, I think it's important for potential patients to see just how spectacular she really is.

Dr. Barouch was my mother's doctor when we arrived here from NJ. She cared for my mom for several years. We had total confidence in her expertise and her "bedside" manner. When the insurance company refused to continue to pay for the infused medication that increased my mother's heart function, we panicked. Dr. Barouch got a team of doctor's together and substituted oral medication that totally worked. It meant that my mom was free from tubes, pumps and infusions after three years of lugging them with her everywhere she went. In short, we found Dr. Barouch to be AMAZING, CARING, AND TRULY LIFE SAVING!

What an awesome practice! Dr Barouch is a throwback to a bygone era when people actually took their time to diagnose and treat you like a patient not a number. And she knows what she's doing - after following her treatments, my husbands condition was reversed! You can't go wrong at this practice.

Rating is not a reflection of the doctor, only the current administrative practices in place that are not conducive to making an appointment in a timely manner. At the beginning of the phone call to make an appointment, I stated that I did not want to provide all of my information unless I could make an appointment within the next 3-4 weeks. The person that books the appointments for Dr. Barouch told me I had to provide all of my information first, before she could see the calendar. Based on this dated and impractical policy, I proceeded to provide all of my information numerous times and after over 20 minutes on the phone, the first available appointment was over three months away! What a complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience.

She is knowledgeable, kind, caring and she saved my life in 2020. I would highly recommend her.
